Collective's stay for about 8 days.

The theatre of Finno-Ugric world saves and develops in itself riches of national language, feature of culture of the small people (customs, song and dancing traditions, authenticity of costumes and musical tools).
The theatrical festival is not only means of dialogue both search of the new forms and directions. It is an opportunity of a way out of the national play for frameworks of the region, way of enrichment by related culture.
The festival is spent on dramatic art of Finno-Ugric countries and regions.

The purposes and tasks:
Support of professional creative collectives of Finno-Ugric countries and regions;
Development of amateur art creativity of children's and youth collectives;
Awakening of interest of young generation to national theatrical art;
Propagation and development of Komi dramatic art;
Propagation of national culture of Finno-Ugric peoples;
Revealing of creative potential of development of children's theatrical art of Finno-Ugric countries and regions;
Acquaintance and exchange of experience of the playwrights of Finno-Ugric countries and regions;
Revealing of the new talented playwrights and directors in Finno-Ugric regions;
Search of perspective ways of the further cooperation in the field of theatrical art;

The participants:
Professional and amateur theatres.
Children's theatrical collectives.
The playwrights of Finno-Ugric countries and regions.

Structure:
One professional theatrical collective, no more than 15 persons or one children's collective no more than 15 persons from each Finno-Ugric region and country. A maximum quantity of the participants no more than 15 persons from each Finno-Ugric region.

Terms of participation:
-The performance should be put on dramatic art of Finno-Ugric peoples.
-In frameworks of a festival the creative seminar of the playwrights of Finno-Ugric regions is spent.
-The collectives acting on a festival, except for the daily plan of performances will take part in theatrical meetings, in job of festival club.
-The festival performances pass on stages of the city . The festival will have half-street ( open air) character.
-The visitors will meet a history, culture of Republic of Komi. They will be offered excursions in museums and on exhibitions.

Terms of reception:
-The transport charges up to Syktyvkar and back are paid by participating collectives.
-The charges on stay in Komi are payed by organizational committee.
-Provide residing in 2, 3 and 4 local rooms, and meals 3 times a day for Children, 1 times a day for adults.
-For participation in a festival it is necessary to send the application. Preliminary reception of the applications till March 20, 2007; final confirmation till May 1, 2007.

On the forward ordering to apply the following documents:
1. List of collective;
2. Brief summary of activity of collective offered on a festival of statement (the name, genre, quantity of the actors engaged in performance, and technical structure), necessary technical maintenance;
3. Video;
4. Posters and 3 colors photos of collective;
5. Interlinear translation of performance in Russian from the native language.
On the sent materials organizing committee and jury will ratify the list of participating collectives.

The organizers reserve the right:
-To award the incentive awards,
-To make records and radio television transfers about all festival measures without the obligations of payment of extra fees.

Terms of competition:
The competition passes in 3 categories:
1. Professional collectives,
2. Amateur children's collectives.

Prizes for:
1. Best play (dramatic art).
2. Best female role.
3. Best man's role.
4. Best staging.
5. Best musical staging (author's').

Jury:
Structure of jury includes the known writers, playwrights and theatrical figures of finno-ugric regions. The jury works under the previously authorized rules. The decisions are final. The results are disclosed on a final concert. For display of performances the collectives are not limited in time. Each collective participates in evenings of festival club and represents within the framework of 20 minutes customs, songs dramatized representations of Finno-Ugric peoples. The program of collectives of the participants of a festival is entrusted to their chiefs per day of arrival.
